Derek and Mary loaded up their car and drove as far as our house for a delicious dinner (if I say so myself) and a good nights sleep before they take off for the final leg of their trip that will start their summer adventure in LA. Derek will be doing an internship as an analyst with an international investment bank. Mary is excited to explore Southern California, enjoy some well deserved beach time, maybe work a few hours a week, and host the family and friends that are scheduled to pop in. Can't wait for our visit!
