We are trying so hard to be loving and attentive grandparents and Karly is a wonderful aunt to baby Ryan while he is in our charge. Low and behold we are not doing as good a job as we thought! Ryan has rolled around and scooted on the carpet so much that he now has a red rash on his big kissable cheeks! We have to fix this before we send him back to his parents next week!
Luckily I remembered that Tiffany had raved on about Boudreaux's Butt Paste (yes, that is really the name of a nationally sold product) and she uses it on her kids all the time. It is not just for diaper rash, but for face or any skin irritation. Aunt Karly dashed to the store so we could get started asap! Aunt Tiffany better be right! We need this stuff to work fast! But how do we keep him from rolling on the carpet, not only to keep him from making it worse, but from getting the Butt Paste on my carpet!?! We have a big sheet on the floor, but he doesn't want to be confined to that!

Mostly he does the army crawl... and he can move across a room at a good clip!

He is a doll! Did the paste work? So nice that you are able to keep him that long! You will treasure that memory and that bond I am sure!
Things always seem to happen when your watching someone else's little one. He is so adorable!
So lucky you knew about the Butt paste, did it work? That's a lot of hard work and patience Dad and Nana, but I bet Ryan will be bonded to ya now as my kid are from their visits!
